ASTANA. May 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's Energy Ministry has begun preparatory work to formulate proposals for the further development of the Tengiz field after 2033, balancing the interests of the state and investors, the ministry told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
