Kazakhstan remains largest market for Russian sauces amid record 2025 export surge

ALMATY. March 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Russia boosted exports of mayonnaise and other sauces 4% year-on-year to around 157,000 tonnes and 25% to over $290 million in 2025, a record high, the Agriculture Ministry's Agroexport center said, citing expert estimates.
