Tengiz oil field still not at full capacity after January fire

ALMATY. March 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Oil production at Kazakhstan's Tengiz field has still not returned to full capacity following a January shutdown due to power supply problems, Tengizchevroil (TCO) said Tuesday.
