Prime minister orders expansion of commercial mortgages to ease burden on state housing programs

ASTANA. March 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has instructed government agencies to develop new approaches and expand commercial mortgage lending.
