Kazakh President offers condolences over deadly floods in Pakistan

ASTANA. Aug 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has expressed condolences to Pakistan over deadly floods and torrential rains that have killed at least 220 people, his office said Sunday.
