Aug 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's financial regulator has licensed KMF Bank to operate as the country's 23rd second-tier bank, marking the transformation of the nation's largest microfinance organization into a full-service bank, the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market announced Tuesday.
