Kazakh President hails historic peace deal between Azerbaijan and Armenia

ASTANA. Aug 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev on Sunday over the Washington-brokered peace declaration ending the decades-long conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia, according to the Kazakh presidential press service.
