Tokayev orders moratorium on high-rise construction in Almaty's upper districts

ASTANA. Aug 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed authorities to impose a moratorium on the construction of multi-apartment residential complexes and spot development in Almaty's upper districts, the presidential press service reported Sunday.
