Kazakhstan to construct three thermal power plants after Russian deal falls through


ASTANA. July 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has decided to independently construct three thermal power plants (TPPs) in the cities of Kokshetau, Semey, and Ust-Kamenogorsk, Deputy Prime Minister Roman Sklyar announced Thursday.
