ASTANA. July 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Talks between the leaders of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, began at the presidential palace in Ankara on Tuesday, the press service of the Kazakh president reported.
