MINSK. June 5 (Interfax) - The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Council of the Heads of Government will hold its next meeting in Minsk, Belarus, on September 30, the Belarusian state-run news agency BelTA said on Thursday, citing CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev.
